
Our team of Speech-Language Pathologists is trained to work with your child determine how your child’s reading, writing, and spoken language skills can improve. Our evaluation process will provide you with an accurate diagnosis of exactly where your child’s trouble with speech and language lie. Common examples of speech and language-related difficulties include: using and understanding spoken language; vocabulary, grammar and syntax; reading fluency and comprehension; understanding and using non-verbal communication (pragmatics); articulation; and writing skills.
After working with you to figure out your child’s strengths and struggles, we will then recommend the best form of treatment. We offer Speech/Language Therapy tailored to your child’s specific needs and interests. We also now offer individual and group reading tutoring for children who are reading below grade level, or those who have been diagnosed with a written language disorder.
